Arhatic Yoga
Arhatic Yoga comes from 2 words – “Arhat”, which is the Pali term for a person who has attained soul-realization, known as a “paramahansa” in Sanskrit; and “Yoga” which means union – with the Higher Soul, and eventually God. It is a system which enables the pracititoner to eventually become an Arhat or a soul-realized person.
It is a synthesis of yogas i.e. it is a combination of different forms of yoga such as Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
